Oil Wells are the main source of Crude Oil , which can be sent for processing at a Refinery to Diesel , or to Goods if the Propane plant extension is built at a Refinery.

Processes

The base version of the Oil Wells generate 1 Crude Oil per Game tick. The capacity of the wells can be extended using 2 extension buildings that can be built on tiles adjacent to the base Oil Wells. Both of the extensions provide an increase to the Crude Oil output. The Secondary Oil Wells provide 1 additional Crude Oil every second Game tick. The Desalination Plant provides 3 additional Crude Oil every second Game tick. When all extensions are built around the base Oil Wells it produces an average of 3 Crude Oil per Game tick.
