The Hobby Market is a building that needs to be built in a City. It converts Cement 
to 5 Money Tokens 
every tick. Cement is produced at Cementworks. Hobby Markets will spawn in some cities during the transition to Era VI, but you can build more of them from building menu.
Also, Hobby Market acts as Public service.
Hobby Market has currently no extensions.
