The Food Market is a building that needs to be built in a City. It converts Food to 2 Money Tokens every tick. Moreover, food delivery contributes to town growth. Food is produced at the Farm. Food Markets will spawn in some cities during the transition to Era V, but you can build more of them from building menu.
