The Foundry building converts Coal and Iron Ore, taken from [[Coal Mine]] and [[Iron Ore MinesMine]], and Smelts it into Iron Ingots. Iron Ingots are used by; : [[Toolworks ]] and the Ruined ChurchQuest.
The base unit of the Foundry consumes 5 Coal and 3 Ore and produces 2 Iron and 2 Coal Tokens every [[Game tick]]. A fully upgraded Foundry will consume 10 Coal and 7 Ore and produce 4.5 Iron Ingots and 2 Coal Tokens every Tick.
