Overview

City upgrades are special buildings found in the Extensions tab of any house info window. The bonus received will apply to all the houses standing in the catchment area of each such extension regardless of which house's Extensions tab the building was chosen from. Different extensions get unlocked as you progress through the eras of the game

There are three types of town upgrades: Public Services, Relax and Luxury
