Oil Power Station is one of two sources of electricity in the game. It generates both Electricity Tokens [[File:token electricity.png|16px|link=Token]] and [[Electrification|'''electricity''']] for the electrical network burning liquid fuel. It primarily uses diesel [[File:icon diesel.png|16px|link=Material]] from a '''[[Refinery]]''', but also crude oil [[File:icon oil.png|16px|link=Material]] directly from '''[[Oil Wells]]'''.

The base building uses 4 units of diesel [[File:icon diesel.png|16px|link=Material]] generating 1 Electricity token [[File:token electricity.png|16px|link=Token]] every 3 '''[[Game tick]]s'''. There are 3 extensions available. Two of which increase the token production by burning more diesel each '''[[Game tick]]''', while the third one adds a new process - generating an electrical token [[File:token electricity.png|16px|link=Token]] every 2 '''[[Game tick]]s''' burning 5 units of crude oil [[File:icon oil.png|16px|link=Material]]. Fully A fully upgraded Oil Power Station uses 6.33 units of diesel [[File:icon diesel.png|16px|link=Material]] and 2.5 units of crude oil [[File:icon oil.png|16px|link=Material]] generating 2.83 Electricity Tokens [[File:token electricity.png|16px|link=Token]] each '''[[Game tick]]'''.
