When building a Railway Depot, it can automatically connect to any nearby railway lines, either forming a [[Junctions|single junction]] or a [[Junctions|turning triangle]], depending on the space available and orientation. <!-- you can configure this in the Advenced settings when starting a new game (this is currently locked to Enabled). -->
You need to electrify your depot in 5th era to be able to purchase and use electric trains.
The selections of [[Engines]] and [[Wagons]] available at the depot increases with both progressing [[Ages|Eras]] as well as building the Engine Works Extension.
